Connect an identity provider tenant in read-only. TenantFlex inventories its SAML and OAuth/OIDC applications, service principals, credentials and their expiry. You see what is really there, not what the CMDB says.
TenantFlex is the IdP-agnostic SaaS for migrating SAML and OAuth/OIDC application SSO integrations between enterprise tenants. Discover, review and migrate in one workflow, at the same provider or to a different one, with an audit trail for every step.
Hundreds of applications have to work in another tenant by Day 1. Discover them at signing, migrate them in waves, and hand each one to its owner with the evidence.
Deals → Backup and disaster recoveryKeep a restorable backup of every integration and a rehearsed cutover to a second tenant at another provider.
Disaster recovery → RenewalsCost the switch from a real inventory before you sign, and negotiate with a credible walk-away.
Renewals →The workflow is the same whichever pair of providers you are moving between.

Approve what is in scope, set naming and credential handling, and get suggestions for complex claims transformations. Nothing migrates until it is approved.
Each application is recreated in the target tenant, read back and compared with the source, then handed to its owner for cutover. If one fails, the job rolls back what it created.
The claims vocabulary, verification and rollback, and the permissions each provider needs.
Entra ID, Okta and PingOne in either direction, and between two tenants of the same provider. Vendor tooling only moves you toward that vendor.
Every application is approved before it moves and read back from the destination after. The source tenant is never written to.
Read-only access to start. MFA and passkeys, a three-year security log, audit export, signed webhooks to your SIEM, and an on-premises option where data residency requires it.
A tenant migration is a project with a beginning and an end, so the platform is licensed per application in scope, not per seat.
You license the platform by the applications in scope, not by user count or tenant size. Discovery tells you that number before you commit. SaaS or deployed in your own environment, the same release either way.
Self-serviceWe run it with you: scoping, the claim and policy decisions that need a human, a cutover plan per application, and the hand-off to each application owner. You get the platform and the practitioners who have done these migrations by hand.
With consultancyStandby and the privileged access review are priced separately.
